Memory Trainer ("the App") is a browser-based and mobile memory training game integrated with the Solana blockchain.
By using the App you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.
The App requires a Solana wallet (e.g. Phantom, Solflare). You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, private keys, and any transactions you authorize. All blockchain transactions are final and irreversible.
The App may offer optional SOL payments (donations, seeker tasks). These are voluntary and non-refundable. The App does not guarantee any return, reward, or monetary value for payments made.
Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. Use the App for entertainment purposes only.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or availability. We are not liable for any loss of funds, data, or damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
